Baby Dedication services at Orchard Grove Community Church are a joyful recognition that every child is a gift from God.

Baby Dedication is an opportunity for you as parents, to publicly commit yourselves to raising your child to know and love Jesus. It is also an opportunity for us as a church family to commit ourselves to do everything we can to support you in one of life’s greatest challenges. Dedication is a reminder that you as parents join together with God and the church family to form a team on behalf of your child.

You do not have to be members of Orchard Grove Community Church to participate in the Baby Dedication; however, we do ask that you are regular attenders.

What Steps need to be taken for Baby Dedication at Orchard Grove?

 1. Sign up at www.orchardgrove.org

Space is limited. Sign up is based on a first come-first served basis and is limited to 6 families per service on that scheduled day.

 2. Attend required Parent Orientation class.

To be held on a Wednesday night, 2-3 weeks prior to each scheduled Baby Dedication. The class typically lasts 30-45 minutes. Child care for infants and toddlers will be available during the class. Confirmed date of the Parent Class will be available at time of sign up.

3. Provide required information

Includes general contact information, 4 digital photos to include in the video presentation introducing your child to the church family, and number of guests joining you that day.

 4. Show up.

Show up 30 minutes before your scheduled time in the Worship Center. 

Baby Dedication services are held in January, April and September.  Please watch the website and bulletin for upcoming dates.
